Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 8
The fee for inspection of nuclear source materials shall be calculated according to the weight of uranium and thorium as recorded in the permit, and these rates:1.Less than 1,000kg: NT$10,000 per year.2.More than or equal to 1,000kg but less than 10,000kg: NT$10,000 per year for each additional 1,000kg (the residual less than 1,000kg shall be calculated as 1,000kg).3.More than or equal to 10,000kg: NT$100,000 every year.

核子原料之檢查費，按許可文件所載鈾、釷重量累計，其收費標準如下：
一、未滿一千公斤者，每年新臺幣一萬元。
二、一千公斤以上未滿一萬公斤者，每增一千公斤（不足一千公斤者，以一千公斤計）每年加收新臺幣一萬元。
三、一萬公斤以上者，每年新臺幣十萬元。
一、未滿一千公斤者，每年新臺幣一萬元。
二、一千公斤以上未滿一萬公斤者，每增一千公斤（不足一千公斤者，以一千公斤計）每年加收新臺幣一萬元。
三、一萬公斤以上者，每年新臺幣十萬元。
