Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 21
During the construction or operation period of production or storage facilities of nuclear source material or nuclear fuel, design or equipment changes involve significant safety considerations, a review fee of NT$600,000 shall be charged for each application.Where the facilities referred to in the preceding paragraph are configured inside the nuclear reactor facility, and have been included in the original safety analysis report used to obtain the operating license, the review fee shall be waived.
中文原文 放射性物料管制收費標準第21條
核子原料、核子燃料生產或貯存設施或放射性廢棄物處理、貯存或最終處置設施於興建或運轉期間，涉及重要安全事項之設計修改或設備變更之申請案，每一案收取審查費新臺幣六十萬元。
前項各設施設於核子反應器設施內，並已包含於原核發運轉執照之安全分析報告者，免予收取審查費。
