Fees for Regulatory Services under the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Act Article 11
The licensing fees and the inspection fees for import, export and transportation of spent nuclear fuel are as follows:1.Spent nuclear fuel safety control plans and transportation plans review fee: NT$2,000,000 for each application.2.Spent nuclear fuel import and export review fee: NT$40,000 for each application.3.Spent nuclear fuel transportation cask review fee: NT$2,000,000 for each application.4.Spent nuclear fuel transportation inspection fee: NT$200,000 for each transportation batch.Where the transportation batch weighs less than 5kg, the fees prescribed in Subparagraphs 1 and 3 shall be waived.

用過核子燃料之輸入、輸出與運送審查費及檢查費，其收費標準如下：
一、用過核子燃料安全管制計畫、運送計畫審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣二百萬元。
二、用過核子燃料輸入、輸出審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣四萬元。
三、用過核子燃料運送容器審查費每一申請案各新臺幣二百萬元。
四、用過核子燃料運送檢查費，每運次新臺幣二十萬元。
前項第一款及第三款之用過核子燃料運送，每一運次低於五公斤者，其費用免予收取。
一、用過核子燃料安全管制計畫、運送計畫審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣二百萬元。
二、用過核子燃料輸入、輸出審查費，每一申請案各新臺幣四萬元。
三、用過核子燃料運送容器審查費每一申請案各新臺幣二百萬元。
四、用過核子燃料運送檢查費，每運次新臺幣二十萬元。
前項第一款及第三款之用過核子燃料運送，每一運次低於五公斤者，其費用免予收取。
