Regulations for Awards for Radioactive Materials Research and Development Article 2
Relevant persons or organizations which conduct research and development on theradioactive materials operational and final disposal technologies may be recommended as candidates for the Awards for Radioactive Materials Research and Development if one of the following achievements has been reached.1. Implementing research and development projects, of which the achievements greatly improved or enhanced the present radioactive materials operational and final disposal technologies.2. Implementing research and development projects, of which the achievements contribute greatly to promoting the management safety of the radioactive materials and final disposal.3. Contributing greatly to planning or providing specific suggestions for the research and development of the radioactive materials management technologies and final disposal.

進行放射性物料營運技術及最終處置研究發展之相關人員或團體，具有下列事蹟之一者，得被推薦為受獎勵之候選人或團體：
一、執行研究發展計畫，其成果對現有放射性物料營運及最終處置技術，有重大改良或提升。
二、執行研究發展計畫，其成果對促進放射性物料及最終處置整體營運安全，具有重大貢獻。
三、對放射性物料營運技術及最終處置之研究發展、策劃或提供具體意見，具有重大貢獻。
一、執行研究發展計畫，其成果對現有放射性物料營運及最終處置技術，有重大改良或提升。
二、執行研究發展計畫，其成果對促進放射性物料及最終處置整體營運安全，具有重大貢獻。
三、對放射性物料營運技術及最終處置之研究發展、策劃或提供具體意見，具有重大貢獻。
