Act on Sites for Establishment of Low Level Radioactive Waste Final Disposal Facility Article 7
The site selection group shall, within 6 months after organizing, draft a disposal facility site selection plan and submit it to the implementing authority.The implementing authority shall, within 15 days after receiving the site selection plan referred to in the preceding paragraph, publish the plan on the Executive Yuan Gazette and publicize it on the website for 30 days. In this period of public announcement, any government agency, individual, juridical person, or civil association may submit to the implementing authority comments in written document stating the name or appellation and the address thereof.The implementing authority shall consult with the competent authority and other relevant government agencies and consider the opinions brought by the government agencies, individuals, juridical persons and civil associations, to approve the site selection plan referred to in the first paragraph within 2 months after the end of the period of public announcement referred to in the preceding paragraph.

選址小組應於組成之日起六個月內，擬訂處置設施選址計畫，提報主辦機關。
主辦機關應於收到前項選址計畫之日起十五日內，將選址計畫刊登於政府公報並上網公告三十日。
機關、個人、法人或團體，得於公告期間內，以書面載明姓名或名稱及地址，向主辦機關提出意見。
第一項選址計畫，主辦機關應會商主管機關及相關機關，並參酌機關、個人、法人或團體所提意見後，於前項公告期間屆滿二個月內核定之。
主辦機關應於收到前項選址計畫之日起十五日內，將選址計畫刊登於政府公報並上網公告三十日。
機關、個人、法人或團體，得於公告期間內，以書面載明姓名或名稱及地址，向主辦機關提出意見。
