Standards of Service Fees of the Institute of Nuclear Energy Research, Atomic Energy Council, Executive Yuan Article 13
The fees stipulated in this standard shall be collected after service except for the requirement of the contract or by the need of the InstituteThe time limit for payment is set as follows:1. If there is an agreement in the contract, it follows the agreement.2. The nuclear medicine in annexed Table 5 of Article 9: two months.3. In addition to the preceding two paragraphs, within 30 days from the date of arrival of the charge notice.If the payment deadline in the preceding paragraph is exceeded, it shall be handled in accordance with Article 20 of Charges and Fees Act.

本標準以先提供服務後收取費用為原則，但配合委託單位或本所需求者不在此限。
本標準收費之繳費期限，規定如下：
一、契約有約定者，從其約定。
二、第九條附表五核醫藥物，二個月。
三、前二款以外，自收費通知單送達之日起三十日。
逾前項繳納期限者，依規費法第二十條規定辦理。
