Administrative Regulations for Waste Generated from Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials Article 6
When a worker receives the annual effective dose of more than 1 mSv due to NORM Waste treatment, storage and clean-up, the owner, the user, the operator or any other representative of the site shall carry out the protection and environmental monitoring plan; of more than 6 mSv, a radiation protection plan shall be submitted to the competent authority for approval prior to implementation.For NORM Waste related transport shall be in compliance with Regulations for Safe Transport of Radioactive Materials.

衍生廢棄物之處理、貯存及清理作業造成工作人員之年有效劑量大於一毫西弗者，其所有人、持有人或管理人應執行人員防護與環境監測；年有效劑量大於六毫西弗者，應提出輻射防護計畫，報請主管機關核准後，始得為之。
衍生廢棄物之運送作業應依放射性物質安全運送規則之規定。
