Administrative Regulations for Waste Generated from Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials Article 13
For the NORM Waste transfer, the owners, users or operators shall prepare an official document describe category, quantity, characteristics and assignee and submit it to the Competent Authority for approval thirty (30) days prior to transfer.For the transfer of NORM Waste management, storage and disposal areas, the owners, users or operators shall report to the Competent Authority with the information of assignee and transfer document for inspection thirty (30) days prior to transfer and keep copies on file.

衍生廢棄物之轉讓，其所有人、持有人或管理人應於三十日前，檢具載明轉讓之衍生廢棄物種類、數量、輻射特性及受讓人等書面資料，報請主管機關核准後，始得為之。
衍生廢棄物處理、貯存及掩埋場所之轉讓，其所有人、持有人或管理人應於三十日前，檢具受讓人資料及其相關轉讓文件，報請主管機關備查。
