Administrative Regulations for Waste Generated from Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials Article 11
The Competent Authority may dispatch the inspector(s) to inspect the operations of NORM Waste management, storage, transport and clean-up as well as workplaces at anytime and require the relevant information from the land owners, users or operators. Failure to follow these regulations or there is a treat to public safety, health or environment, a countermeasure shall be submitted to the Competent Authority.

主管機關對衍生廢棄物之處理、貯存、運送與清理作業及其場所，得隨時派員檢查，並要求其所有人、持有人或管理人檢送有關資料；有不合規定或危害公眾健康、安全或環境生態之虞者，其所有人、持有人或管理人應提出改善措施。
