Transportation Occurrences Investigation Act Article 31

The employer of the person who participates in the investigation violating Article 21, by exposing the data related to the investigation to the public shall be subjected to an administrative fine from NTD 600,000 to NTD 3 million.A person who participates in the investigation or his/her supervisors violating Article 21, by exposing the data related to the investigation to the public shall be subjected to an administrative fine from NTD 60,000 to NTD 300,000.
