The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Railway Occurrence Article 1
These Regulations are enacted pursuant to Article 38 of the Transportation Occurrences Investigation Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and shall apply to the investigation of major railway occurrences.
