The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Marine Occurrence Article 17
If any person participating in the investigation pursuant to the preceding article fails to comply with the directions of the Investigator-in-Charge or breaches the confidentiality undertaking, the Investigator-in-Charge may suspend his or her participation in the investigation task force.
