The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Marine Occurrence Article 12
During the investigation, the MOI, the MND, the MOTC, the Ocean Affairs Council, and local governments, or any other civilian enterprises deemed appropriate and entrusted by the TTSB may, as requested by the investigation task force, take such measures as aerial surveillance or photography, and notify the TTSB promptly of any information so collected.

內政部、國防部、交通部、海洋委員會、地方政府或其他運安會認為適當且受委託之民間業者於調查期間，得按專案調查小組要求採取空中監測、攝影等措施，並將蒐集之資訊儘速通報運安會。
