The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Civil and Public Aircraft Occurrence Article 22
Prior to an interview, an interviewee may request to be accompanied by a person during the interview. Unless permitted by the TTSB, no supervisor, employer, attorney, insurance agent of the interviewee, judge, prosecutor, or agent of the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau may accompany insurance agent of the interviewee may accompany the interviewee.The person accompanying the interviewee may not enter the interview site before committing to non-disclosure of the questions asked and answers given in the interview and noninterference with the interview.During the interview, the interviewee shall answer truthfully to all questions posed by the TTSB investigation task force. The accompanying person may not make any statements, interfere with, or interrupt the interview; however, the interviewee may consult with the accompanying person regarding the questions.Prior to the interview, the supervisor or employer of the interviewee shall not attempt to influence the interviewee's statement or interfere with the interview in any manner.Only persons permitted by the investigation task force may enter the interview site.After the interview, the interviewee shall not disclose the content of the interview to any third party.

受訪談人員得於訪談前要求容許一名陪同人員進入訪談現場；受訪談者之主管、雇用人、律師、保險人員或司法檢調人員非經運安會同意，不得擔任陪同人員。
受訪談人員之陪同人員承諾不對外揭露訪談內容及不妨礙訪談後，始得進入訪談現場。
訪談過程中，受訪談人員應據實陳述運安會專案調查小組所提問題，陪同人員於訪談進行中不得發言或干擾、妨礙訪談，但受訪談人員得與陪同人員討論之。
受訪談人員之主管或僱用人不得於訪談前，為任何形式之行為影響受訪談人員對事實之陳述或妨礙訪談。
訪談現場除專案調查小組許可之人員外，不得進入。
受訪談人員於訪談後，不得對外揭露訪談內容。
受訪談人員之陪同人員承諾不對外揭露訪談內容及不妨礙訪談後，始得進入訪談現場。
