The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Civil and Public Aircraft Occurrence Article 15

If any of the following situations is likely to occur, the Investigator-in-Charge may, in accordance with Article 13 of the Act, permit clearance at the scene of a major aviation occurrence:1. Further damage to the wreckage.2. Occurrence of secondary disasters.3. Injury to the general public.4. Environmental pollution.5. Suspension of airport operations.
