The Regulation Governing the Handling of Investigation Procedures for Civil and Public Aircraft Occurrence Article 13
During the course of the investigation, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the coast guard authorities, local governments and any private enterprises deemed appropriate and commissioned by the TTSB may, as requested by the investigation task force, take measures such as aerial surveillance or photography, and promptly report any information obtained to the TTSB.
