Regulations for the Establishment and Supervision of Communications Foundations Article 5-1
Foundations shall apply the provisions of subparagraph 3, Paragraph 2, Article 21 of the Act to provide scholarships or donations to individual groups, legal persons or individuals the fixed amount of NT$500,000 for the current year.
