Regulations for the Establishment and Supervision of Communications Foundations Article 17
The dissolution or change of purpose, the selection and dismissal of the chairperson of the board of directors, and the investment business of the government- endowed communications foundation must be handled in accordance with the provisions on special resolutions of Article 45 of the Act.
