Regulations for the Establishment and Supervision of Communications Foundations Article 1
These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, Article 9, Paragraph 3, Article 21, Paragraph 3, Article 24, Paragraph 5, Article 25, Paragraph 2, Article 50, Paragraph 2, Article 61 and Paragraph 3, Article 63 of the Foundations Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act).
