The DGT shall charge the fee as Statutory Fee Table with respect to every application for import permit. Those who shall apply for reissue or replacement import permit to the DGT.DGT shall charge the import permit fee as Statutory Fee Table.The aforementioned fee for CTRFD import permit has already included examination.Those who apply for aforementioned import permit through the Internet shall charge the examination fee as Statutory Fee Table. Do not need to pay import permit fee.

申請電信管制射頻器材進口許可證者，應依收費基準表向本會繳交證照費；申請補發進口許可證者，亦同。
前項證照費已包括申請電信管制射頻器材進口許可證之審查費。
經由網際網路申請前項進口許可證者，應依收費基準表繳交審查費，不需依第一項規定繳交證照費。
