Regulations for Usage Fees of Telecommunications Numbers Article 4
The telecommunications enterprise shall, from the following year after obtaining the subscriber numbers allocated by the Commission, between May 1 - 31 of the same year, submit the registration form and pay 70% of the proceeds of the golden number auction and number selection of the previous year. These Regulations also apply to those golden numbers that have been allocated to telecommunications enterprises prior to the implementation of these Regulations but have not been provided to subscribers for use or have been re-provided to subscribers for use after the implementation of these Regulations.

電信事業應自獲主管機關核配用戶號碼次年起，每年五月一日至同年五月三十一日，檢具申報書繳納前一年度黃金門號拍賣及選號收入之百分之七十。
本標準施行前已核配予電信事業，仍未提供用戶使用或於本標準施行後重新提供用戶使用之黃金門號，亦適用本標準。
