The second and subsequent applications for the approval of low-power radio frequency devices (LPRFD) within the same product series shall be charged at half rate.The aforementioned “product series” refers to that defined in Article 2 of “Compliance Approval Regulations on Controlled Telecommunications Radio-Frequency Devices”.
