Regulations on the Duration of Programs and the Distribution and Number of Advertisements of Satellite Broadcasting Businesses Article 2
The term“Duration of Programs”in the provisions of Paragraph 4, Article 36 of the Satellite Broadcasting Act refers to a period from the onset of broadcasting program title, graphic, audio or text recognized as the start of the program to the moment before the broadcasting of next program title, graphic, audio or text recognized as the start of the following program.

本法第三十六條第四項所稱節目起迄時間認定，係自播送節目名稱或其他可資辨識節目開始之畫面、聲音或文字起，至下一節目名稱或其他可資辨識節目開始之畫面、聲音或文字播送前止。
