Satellite Broadcasting Act Article 16

When a change is made to the license of a satellite broadcasting business or the branch office or agent of a foreign satellite broadcasting business, an application for a new license shall be filed with the regulatory agency within 15 days after the change. In the event that the license is lost, an application for its re-issuance shall be filed within 15 days after the loss.If the change mentioned in the preceding Paragraph involves registration of establishment, the said business shall first obtain approval from the regulatory agency before it proceeds with business establishment or the change of registration.
