Examination Regulations for the License Renewal of Satellite Broadcasting and Foreign Satellite Broadcasting Businesses Article 2

A branch company or an agent of a satellite broadcasting business or foreign satellite broadcasting business shall, within six months prior to the expiration of its license, submit an application and operations plans for license-renewal to competent authorities, adhering to the following stipulations and methods.A branch company or an agent of a satellite broadcasting business or foreign satellite broadcasting business that does not apply for license renewal within the specified period of time in the preceding paragraph shall be informed by written notice of the competent authority to submit an application within a specified period. Applications submitted after this period shall not be accepted.
