Radio and Television Act Article 36
Radio/television businesses shall be rewarded for any one of the following:1. Outstanding achievements in publicizing national policies or disseminating Chinese culture2. Achievements in safeguarding national or social security3. Significant contributions to cultural exchange through international communications4. Outstanding achievements in promoting social education or public service5. Winning trophies or honors in national or international contests6. Outstanding achievements in operating radio/television businesses in remote, poor, or special areas7. Significant contributions to the radio/television sciences or innovations in radio/television technologyThe provisions on rewards in the preceding paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to responsible persons and staff members of radio/television businesses.

廣播、電視事業合於下列情形之一者，應予獎勵：
一、宣揚國策或闡揚中華文化，成績卓著者。
二、維護國家或社會安全，具有績效者。
三、辦理國際傳播，對文化交流有重大貢獻者。
四、推行社會教育或公共服務，成績卓著者。
五、參加全國性或國際性比賽，獲得優勝或榮譽者。
六、在邊遠、貧瘠或特殊地區，經營廣播、電視事業、成績卓著者。
七、對廣播、電視學術有重大貢獻，或廣播、電視技術有發明者。
前項獎勵規定，對廣播、電視事業負責人與從業人員準用之。
