Regulations for the Establishment of Radio Broadcasting Enterprises Article 6
The minimum paid-in capital or total endowment assets of the applicant for operating a radio broadcasting enterprise shall meet the following requirements:1. Nationwide radio broadcasting enterprise: NT$200,000,000.2. Regional radio broadcasting enterprise: NT$30,000,000.3. Community radio broadcasting enterprise: NT$3,000,000 for FM radio broadcasting enterprise; NT$9,000,000 for AM radio broadcasting enterprise.

申請經營廣播事業者，其最低實收資本額或捐助財產總額，應符合下列規定：
一、全區性廣播事業：新臺幣二億元。
二、區域性廣播事業：新臺幣三千萬元。
三、社區性廣播事業：調頻廣播事業者，新臺幣三百萬元；調幅廣播事業者，新臺幣九百萬元。
