Regulations for the Establishment of Radio Broadcasting Enterprises Article 26
Where any of the following circumstances occurs during the bidding procedure, the regulatory agency shall suspend the bidding procedure and decide the following procedure:1. Any force majeure.2. Any major violation of rules by the bidder.3. Any circumstance that is inappropriate to carry on the bidding procedure.

競價程序進行中，有下列情形之一者，由主管機關宣布暫停競價程序之進行，並視情形決定後續處理方式：
一、發生不可抗力情事。
二、發現競價者有重大違規情事。
三、其他不宜繼續進行競價程序之情事。
