Regulations for the Establishment of Radio Broadcasting Enterprises Article 12
Existing radio broadcasting enterprise shall participate in only one application of operating a radio broadcasting enterprise. The provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 10 apply, mutatis mutandis, to evidentiary documents that shall be submitted for its commitment of returning the station operating licenses and frequency in use.Where the applicant and other applicant have returned the same station operating license and frequency in use for applying for operating a radio broadcasting enterprise, they shall be deemed as the same applicant.

既有廣播事業參與申請經營廣播事業，僅能參與一件申請案，其承諾繳回廣播執照及其使用頻率所須出具之證明文件等事宜，準用第十條第二項規定。
申請人與他申請人依本辦法提出經營廣播事業之申請時，其出具承諾繳回廣播執照及其使用頻率之一有相同者，視為同一申請人。
