Television Programs Classification Handling Regulations Article 6
Television programs free of circumstances listed in the preceding two articles but portraying any one of the following circumstances shall be listed as PG-12.1. Plots or dialogues that portray crime, violence, terror, blood, abnormality, strangeness or social deformity or other phenomenon, the portrayal of which is slight.2. Content that uses action, images, language, words, dialogue or audio to portray slight sexual expression or sexual implication.3. Other circumstances having detrimental influence on the behavior or psychology wellbeing children under the age of twelve.

電視節目無前二條所列情形，但涉及下列情形之一，列為「輔十二」級。
一、情節或對白涉及犯罪、暴力、恐怖、血腥、變態、玄奇怪異或社會畸型現象且表現方式輕微。
二、以動作、影像、語言、文字、對白、聲音呈現輕微性表現或性暗示。
三、其他對未滿十二歲兒童之行為或心理有不良影響者。
一、情節或對白涉及犯罪、暴力、恐怖、血腥、變態、玄奇怪異或社會畸型現象且表現方式輕微。
二、以動作、影像、語言、文字、對白、聲音呈現輕微性表現或性暗示。
