Television Programs Classification Handling Regulations Article 10
From the beginning of each program and each program section, the television business shall display the classification label for a minimum of ten seconds through overprint or inter cut; the size of the classification label shall be equivalent to the logo of the television business on the screen.If program contains sensitive contents, upon the start of such program, the television business shall clearly provide a warning message. The aforementioned sensitive contents refer to any one of the following circumstances:1. Sex.2. Violence.3. Terror.4. Tobacco and wine.5. Misuse of narcotic drugs.6. Improper language and behaviors.7. Antisocial behavior.8. Other sensitive contents.Upon digital broadcasts of television programs, the broadcast system that has a simple program electronic menu list embedded with the functions of providing classification labels and warning messages, or having similar mechanisms with the same functions are not required to display the television program classification label at the start of each program section.Channels operated by overseas satellite broadcasting television business, if its classification standard is equivalent to our country and after reporting to the competent authority for its reference, may unilaterally use its original classification label or note plot warning message.Television business shall cooperate with cable broadcasting and television system operators or other audiovisual broadcasting platform businesses for the public to implement measures that restrict underage children and juveniles viewing according to the classification label or time slot.Television businesses that broadcast programs of only “G” classification rating may submit an application to the competent authority for approval to be exempt from displaying the classification label.

電視事業播送節目，應於該節目開始及每段節目開始時，以疊印或插播卡方式，至少標示分級標識十秒鐘，其大小應與螢幕上電視事業之識別標識相當。
電視事業播送之節目，含有敏感性內容者，應於該節目開始時，視實際情節清晰加註警示訊息。
所稱敏感性內容，指有下列情形之一者：
一、性。
二、暴力。
三、恐怖。
四、菸酒。
五、毒品、藥物不當使用。
六、不當言語與行為。
七、反社會性。
八、其他敏感性內容。
電視節目以數位方式播送後，觀眾選臺時，播送系統具備得提供分級標識及情節警示訊息功能之簡易節目電子選單表，或其他具備相同功能之機制者，得不於每段節目開始時標示電視節目分級標識。
境外衛星廣播電視事業經營之頻道，其分級標準與我國相當者，經報請主管機關備查後，得逕行標示其原有分級標識或加註情節警示訊息。
電視事業應協同有線廣播電視系統經營者或其他供公眾收、視聽之播送平臺事業，提供依分級標識或時段，限制兒童及少年觀賞之措施。
電視事業播送之節目均屬普遍級者，經報請主管機關備查後，得免標示分級標識。
