Administrative Regulations on the Establishment of Radio and TV Broadcast Station Article 6
The license of a wireless radio or television station is valid for 5 years. The operator of a station who wishes to continue operating the station after the expiration its license shall inspect their own equipment in 30 days prior to expiration, and complete and submit a self-evaluation checklist for transmitter to apply to the competent authority for approval of license renewal.The station license mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall specify the following:1. Name of the station2. Organization or corporate body owning the station3. Verified electric power4. Engineering supervisor5. Frequency6. Bandwidth7. Call sign of the station8. Location of the establishment9. Brand, model number, quantity, parts number and transmission power of main and spare transmitter as well as the quantity of power amplifier10. Location of main control room or broadcasting room11. Manufacturer, model, number and power gain of antenna（s）.

無線廣播、電視電臺執照有效期間為五年。
期滿後仍須繼續營運者，應於期滿三十日前自行檢驗機件，並填具發射機自評紀錄表，報請主管機關核准換發電臺執照。
前項電臺執照應載明下列事項：
一、電臺名稱。
二、電臺所屬機關或法人名稱。
三、核定發射功率。
四、工程主管。
五、頻率。
六、頻寬。
七、電臺呼號。
八、設置處所。
九、發射機主機、備用機之廠牌型號、數量、機件號碼、功率放大器數量及發射功率。
十、主控室或播音室地點。
十一、天線廠牌、型號、組數及發射功率增益。
期滿後仍須繼續營運者，應於期滿三十日前自行檢驗機件，並填具發射機自評紀錄表，報請主管機關核准換發電臺執照。
