Administrative Regulations on the Establishment of Radio and TV Broadcast Station Article 24

The forms, tables, licenses and certificates specified in these Regulations will be established by the competent authority, unless otherwise noticed.The wireless radio and television stations established prior to the promulgation of these Regulations, if not changed, may continue to be operated until the expiration of the station license; for stations that are to be operated, the self-evaluation checklist for transmitter shall be submitted to the competent authority for the approval of station license renewal.
