Administrative Regulations on the Establishment of Radio and TV Broadcast Station Article 16
The termination of a wireless radio or television station by its owning radio or television enterprise shall be declared with the competent authority and the station license returned. Its transmitter（s）shall be sought per the Administrative Regulations on Manufacturing, Import and Report of the Controlled Telecommunications Radio-Frequency Devices.

無線廣播、電視事業終止使用無線廣播、電視電臺時，應向主管機關申報並繳回其電臺執照，其發射機相關管制應依電信管制射頻器材製造輸入及申報作業管理辦法辦理。
