National Communications Commission Regulations for Subsidizing the Promotion of Innovation and Research of the Communications Industry Article 15

The subsidy plan, schedule, amount, reports and research and development results conducted according to the regulations shall be made public appropriately in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 8 of The Freedom of Government Information Law, except those required to maintain confidentiality or prohibited from provision to the public as regulated in Article 18 of The Freedom of Government Information Law.
