Where the Compliance Approval Outsourcing Agreement is terminated due to circumstances described in the preceding Article, the Certification Body shall pass uncompleted compliance approval applications to another Certification Body designated by the central competent authority.The Certification Body shall transfer all information related to completed compliance approval applications to the central competent authority within 7 days after the contractual relationship has ended.Certification Body that has the Compliance Approval Outsourcing Agreement terminated due to circumstances described in the preceding Article must not become a Certification Body within one year after the termination of the said agreement.

委託審驗契約經依前條規定終止時，驗證機構應將未完成之審驗案件交由中央主管機關另行指定驗證機構辦理。
驗證機構應於委託審驗契約關係消滅後七日內將所有審驗案件相關之完整資料移交中央主管機關。
經依前條規定終止委託審驗契約之驗證機構，於委託審驗契約終止日起一年內，不得重新申請擔任驗證機構。
