Compliance Approval Regulations of Cable Radio and Television Terminal Equipment Article 20
The Terminal Equipment approval fee shall be paid when submitting for the compliance approval application.Where the application is rejected pursuant to the Act, the approval fee will not be returned to the Applicant.
