中文原文 有線廣播電視法施行細則第18條
系統經營者依本法第四十五條第一項規定，向中央主管機關提繳當年營業額百分之一之金額，應於每會計年度結束後六個月內為之。
前項系統經營者提繳時，應檢附經會計師簽證之上一年度財務報告書。
