Whether the financial plan referred to in Item 1 of Article 25 of this Act suffices to carry out the operations plan shall depend upon the following considerations:The applicant’s financial sources and evidential documents thereof; andThe applicant’s financial conditions and credit records.Plans of exclusive channels for programs of public interest, literature, art, and social education, as stipulated in Item 2 of Article 25 of this Act, shall be formulated by the central regulatory agency.

系統經營者依本法第四十三條設置頻道載明應記載資訊時，得以電子節目表單之方式為之。
前項所稱電子節目表單，應載明包含系統經營者名稱、識別標識、許可證字號、訂戶申訴專線、營業處所地址、頻道總表、頻道授權期限及各頻道播出節目之名稱等資訊，並於首頁提供操作指引。
