Cable Radio and Television Act Article 54
A person who intercepts or receives content transmitted by a system without the agreement of the system operator shall pay the basic subscription fee and be liable for civil damages compensation.In the event that the time period of unauthorized reception cannot be proven, the fees referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall be calculated as two years of the basic rate.

未經系統經營者同意，截取或接收系統播送之內容者，應補繳基本頻道收視費用，並負民事損害賠償責任。
