Cable Radio and Television Act Article 36
Programs and advertisements transmitted by cable radio and/or television shall acquire legal authorization in accordance with Copyright Act or other relevant regulations.If the system operator and channel provider have taken household as the calculation basis for discussing the authorization terms, their discussion shall be based on the number of household announced by the central regulatory agency.
