Administrative Regulations for the Establishment and Operation of a Telecommunications Network for the Academic and Education Purposes or Dedicated Experiments and Research and Development Purposes Article 15
After the application has passed the review, the competent authority will issue an approval certificate for the establishment of the network.Applicants or administrators setting up and using academic and educational telecommunications networks shall adhere to the establishment plan approved by the competent authority.
