Administrative Regulations on the Establishment and Use of Wireless Broadcasting Station for School Training Article 8
The Station Establishment Permit is valid for one year. When necessary the applicant may apply for an extension period of no more than 6 months to the authority 30 days before the expiration date stating clearly the reason for extension and submit the original establishment permit with the application.Station Establishment Permit should have records on the following information:1. Name of station2. Location of installation3. Transmitter brand, model, quantity and quantity of electric power amplifier4. Range of station frequency5. Bandwidth frequency of station6. Electric power7. Station call sign

電臺架設許可證有效期間為一年。
必要時申請人得於期間屆滿前三十日內敘明理由，繳附原架設許可證，向主管機關申請展期，展期期間不得逾六個月，並以一次為限。
電臺架設許可證應記載下列事項：
一、電臺名稱。
二、設置處所。
三、發射機廠牌、型號、數量及功率放大器數量。
四、電臺頻率範圍。
五、電臺頻寬。
六、電功率。
七、電臺呼號。
