Regulations for Administration on Satellite Communication Services Article 34

The operator, when moving to terminate operating whose earth station equipment, is required to voluntarily declare with competent government authorities, and also to surrender and cancel whose station license; of one that fails to surrender and cancel whose station license, the competent government authorities may revoke the license. Of the foresaid station’s frequency transmitting devices, the operator is to operate the devices in accordance with relevant stipulations set by the Telecommunications regulated frequency transmitting devices management measure.
