Administrative Rules on Radio and Television Broadcasters' Establishment of Microwave Stations Article 4
If radio or television broadcasting stations or cable television systems established by radio and television broadcasters in accordance with the law are unable to use cable circuit transmission to relay program signals due to topographic or other difficulties, the stations shall apply to establish a fixed microwave station.
