Construction permits and licenses shall not be transferred, leased or lent to others. If a license or permit is lost or damaged or details on the license or permits are changed, an application shall be made to the competent authority by enclosing relevant documentary evidence for supplement or replacement.Validity of the aforementioned issued or reissued license or permit shall be the same as that of the original.
