Administrative Rules on Radio and Television Broadcasters’ establishment of Earth Stations Article 17
To maintain public safety, stability shall be ensured when the earth station antenna and related facilities are constructed and protective safety measures shall be implemented. The construction must comply with the “Technical Specifications for Inspection of Satellite Broadcasting Earth Stations” specified by the competent authority.
