Administrative Rules on Radio and Television Broadcasters’ establishment of Earth Stations Article 15
The frequencies, electric power, transmission methods and other matters related to radio wave usage by radio and television broadcasters shall be under the overall control of the competent authority and their use or alteration shall not be allowed without approval.
