Regulations Supervising and Guidance Internet Protocol Address and Domain Name Registration Management Services Article 13
The properties of domain name registration management for government agencies, educational institute or national defense shall be negotiated with the related government organizations by the Registry, but must not interfere with the interconnection operation of global Internet.The Registry shall file the agreement to DGT for record within 15 days after such an agreement is made in conference.

政府屬性、教育屬性或國防屬性之屬性型網域名稱註冊管理，由註冊管理機構與相關政府機關協商處理，但不得有礙全球網際網路之互連運作。
