In order to deal with the controversy in the use or ownership of a domain name for the third party, the Registry shall promulgate the handling procedures of Domain Name controversy in terms of the controversy issue of Domain Name and file the new undertaking to DGT for record.；The above provisions also apply to amendments to the Code.As for the handling procedures of Domain Name controversy in the preceding paragraph, the Registry shall commission a professional authority to deal with the controversy issue of the Domain Name.The determination of the handling procedure of Domain Name Controversy will not affect litigation rights of Registrants or the third party.

為處理第三人對網域名稱使用或歸屬之爭議，註冊管理機構應就網域名稱爭議事項，訂定網域名稱爭議處理程序，並應於實施前報請電信總局備查；變更時亦同。
前項網域名稱爭議處理程序，註冊管理機構應委由專業機構處理網域名稱爭議事項。
網域名稱爭議處理之決定，不影響註冊人或第三人之訴訟權利。
